Eurowings presents winter and summer schedule in Nuremberg and Hanover

Eurowings is significantly expanding its holiday offerings to Nuremberg and Hanover airports for the 2023/2024 winter season. The Lufthansa Group’s leisure airline will fly to Gran Canaria, Hurghada and Marsa Alam as well as Palma de Mallorca from the Franconian metropolis. From Hanover, the winter schedule includes destinations in Spain, Egypt and Kosovo.

The 2024 summer flight schedule will boost the commitment to the region, and travelers from Lower Saxony and Bavaria can access new destinations nonstop. Eurowings will fly from Nuremberg to Heraklion (three times a week) and to the new Greek destinations of Preveza and Rhodes (twice a week). The airline will also offer 14 weekly flights to Palma de Mallorca.

By summer 2024, Eurowings from Hanover will fly to Faro (Portugal) and will have a new destination to Malaga (four times a week), the company’s program has a focus on Italy with non-stop services to Rome (four times a week), Catania and Naples (three times a week), Bari, Olbia and Lamezia Terme (twice a week).

The low-cost airline provides convenient and direct connections to the most popular holiday destinations for northern German travelers. The offer for the summer season from Lower Saxony’s most important airport is supplemented by flights to Thessaloniki (twice weekly), Palma de Mallorca (14 flights weekly) and a connection to Pristina (once weekly).

As part of this growth, Eurowings will again base an aircraft permanently at its new bases in Nuremberg and Hanover for the 2023/2024 winter schedule. Starting with the 2024 summer season, the Lower Saxony base will be augmented with another aircraft.
