Copa Airlines announced the introduction of its new business class on its routes from Panama to Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, Montevideo and São Paulo with the aim of offering a superior experience to passengers on some of its long-haul routes.
The Dreams Business Class features 16 reclining sleeper seats, 16-inch remote-controlled touchscreens and an extensive entertainment program, AC and USB power connectors, and space for storing personal items.
Its introduction means a great leap in quality in Copa Airlines’ hard product for the premium segment, with which for long-haul routes it had to compete against the offer of other companies in wide-body aircraft.
The Dreams Executive class had arrived at the airline with its new Boeing 737 MAX 9s, models with which it operates to Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, Montevideo and San Pablo and of which it has thirteen units at the moment (Copa would end 2021 with twenty).
On the other hand, in the Economy cabin Copa Airlines now offers the Economy Extra section, located at the beginning, consisting of 24 seats with more legroom, individual 10-inch touch screens with USB input and AC power connectors.
Apart from the cabins, all passengers can use the wireless entertainment system called Copa Showpass, which is accessed from laptops or mobile devices, being able to watch series, movies, documentaries, read magazines or listen to music.
