The Bogota Air Shuttle will resume operations starting next December 6 with domestic flights operated by regional airlines.

In this way, Easyfly and Satena travelers will have a dedicated satellite bus between El Dorado Airport and the air bridge that will operate between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm, with a frequency of between 15 and 18 minutes.

“The reopening of the Air Bridge is excellent news, as it will allow us to continue generating connections from Bogota to all of Colombia. And therefore, continue advancing in the economic reactivation of different sectors throughout the country,” said Andrés Ortega, General Manager of El Dorado.

Thus, Satena will operate routes between the capital and Arauca, Puerto Asís, Puerto Inírida, Puerto Carreño, Tumaco, Florencia, Quibdó, Apartadó, Puerto Gaitán, Ipiales, Mocoa, San José del Guaviare, Mitú, Saravena, La Macarena, Bahía Solano, San Vicente del Caguán, Tame and Aguachica from the Air Bridge.

Easyfly will have flights to Yopal, Neiva, Arauca, Pereira, Florencia, Manizales, Popayán, Quibdó, Puerto Asís and Barrancabermeja.

This reopening of Bogota’s domestic terminal is in line with the airline recovery that the country has experienced in recent months, with the arrival of two new operators (Viva Aerobus and Volaris). Another carrier is expected to arrive by the end of this year (Ultra Air).
