Star Alliance is partnering with I.E.G (Lounge Atlas) to enable passengers to access lounges at any airport globally.
This solution allows access to the lounge at Ezeiza Airport, through the Star Alliance website In addition to purchasing a pass for this lounge, passengers can consult information on the more than 1,000 Star Alliance lounges around the world. Another option is the purchase of third-party access, using a QR code. For those customers who are members of loyalty programs, discounts on final fares will be available.
Star Alliance Vice President of Customer Experience Christian Draeger said: «Lounge access is a program that will gain more customers, who will enjoy a space with dining, reading, and relaxation worthy of any VIP lounge in the world,» he added.

The location of the VIP lounge is adjacent to the operations room, after security and customs controls. The company plans to expand the use of its VIP lounges in the short term.
