European Cargo, the UK-based airline applied to ANAC Brazil for authorization to operate cargo flights to the country and approval is still pending.
With a dedicated fleet of 3 Airbus A340-600s capable of flying significant non-stop legs, adapted for cargo, and offering fast service, the European airline gained a significant boost during the pandemic as such demand soared.
This growth was initially due to the medical supply crisis in the UK and stretched through 2020 with the handling and specialized transport of mail, cars, and all types of goods around the world.
As reported by our partner site Aeroin, from April 2020 European Cargo established regular routes for the transportation of goods between the UK and various destinations around the world, such as the Far East, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.
