Transcarga, the Venezuelan company has been contracted to carry out a special flight to deliver tons of supplies to the Coca-Cola plant in Manaus.

Although the company does not have regular flights to Brazil, during the pandemic it was contracted to carry out a series of special services, thus serving various productive sectors.

According to what was reported by our Brazilian partner site Aeroin, this operation of Transcarga to Manaus will be carried out with a classic Airbus A300. The city of origin and schedule has not yet been confirmed, but should be entered in the approved flight system this week.

Transcarga International Airways has recently operated low-demand flights to Brazil. At present, there is some shortage of aircraft for international cargo handling, due to the boom in air cargo transport that is currently taking place worldwide.

Some characteristics of the Airbus A300:

  • Length: 53.62 MTS.
  • Height: 16.90 MTS.
  • Wing span: 44.84 MTS.
  • Fuselage diameter: 5.64 MTS.
  • Maximum take-off weight: 165.000 KGS.
