LEVEL reconnects Barcelona to the West Coast of the United States

From March 28th and 29th LEVEL restarted its services to the West Coast of the United States, the low cost airline will be the only one to offer flights from Barcelona to Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO), in addition passengers have the option to make connections through its new partner Alaska Airlines.

LEVEL resumed its operations to Los Angeles initially with three weekly flights, Monday, Thursday and Saturday and from June 1 adds a new service on Wednesdays, reaching an operation of four times per week, ticket fares are from 449 euros, the schedule is as follows:

  • Barcelona – Los Angeles Flight IB2623 BCN 14:00 – LAX 18:10
  • Los Angeles – Barcelona Flight IB2624 LAX 19:55 – BCN 16:40+1

According to data obtained by Aviacionline through Aena Estadísticas in 2019 this route mobilized 142,100 passengers and 1,478.1 tons of cargo in 473 air operations.

Once again connected to «The Golden City».

LEVEL brings back the route to San Francisco (SFO) with four weekly flights operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, ticket fares are from 339 euros, the schedule is as follows:

  • Barcelona – San Francisco Flight IB2621 BCN 14:25 – SFO 17:55
  • San Francisco – Barcelona Flight IB2622 SFO 19:55 – BCN 16:35+1

According to data compiled by Aviacionline through Aena Estadísticas in 2019 this route mobilized 76,316 passengers and 411 tons of cargo in 278 air operations.

The United States is the company’s main market for the northern summer.

Routes to Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO) are two of the four services that during the 2022 boreal summer season LEVEL will offer. On February 25, the low-cost airline resumed operations to New York (JFK), with additional operations to Boston (BOS) beginning May 1.

LEVEL for this season will offer more than 11,000 weekly seats in its schedule to the United States, which means an increase of more than 100% compared to 2019.
