United Airlines inaugurated its scheduled flights between Newark and Berlin on Sunday, March the 27th. Operations will be carried out on Boeing 767-300s, with capacity for 214 passengers.
The company will fly six times a week on the route. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and its restrictions, United returned to the German capital after a 24-month suspension. Previously, services were carried out to the old Berlin Airport (Tegel).

United in Berlin

In early March, we reported that United Airlines was scheduled to begin operations between Washington D.C. and Berlin in May. Finally, these flights are now cancelled, with no tentative restart date.
