As previously announced, Delta Air Lines is scheduled to begin flights to Santiago de Chile on 339-seat Airbus A350-900s beginning July 1st. The carrier currently has one daily frequency on Airbus A330-300s, configured for 293 passengers.

Finally, according to Delta’s reservation system, operations to the Chilean capital with the above-mentioned aircraft will begin on June 7th. The upgrade from the Airbus A330 to Airbus A350s, in addition to an increase in capacity, is in order to improve passenger service.
Santiago de Chile will be the first South American destination for Delta Air Lines’ Airbus A350 aircraft.

- Airbus A350-900: June 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28 and 30
From July, the daily flight will return, and all operations will be carried out with Airbus A350-900s.
