EASYFLY

Easyfly announced that it will land in Paipa, Pitalito, La Macarena and Bahía Solano with flights from the Olaya Herrera airport (EOH) in Medellín, joining Buenaventura and Tolú, previously announced.

For 14 years Easyfly has had Olaya Herrera airport as its main base, the most strategic point of its direct regional connectivity. According to data obtained by Aviacionline through Cirium, it concentrates 15.8% of the company’s operations.

This air terminal facilitates the operation of the fleet of ATR aircraft, of which it currently has five ATR 72-600, eleven ATR 42-600 and two ATR 42-500.

In addition, taking into account the diversity of the country, these aircraft are suitable for any geography and climate to connect to the City of Eternal Spring in a maximum flight time of 50 minutes.

As part of its growth plan, Easyfly plans to reach a fleet of 24 ATRs, which will increase its capacity by 33%. In addition, it expects to transport more than two million passengers by 2022.
