This Monday (23) Eurowings Discover, Lufthansa Group’s new leisure airline, began non-stop flights between Frankfurt (FRA) and Salt Lake City (SLC). The airline operator will be the only carrier to offer flights between Germany and the state of Utah.

Flight Itinerary
- Frankfurt – Salt Lake City Flight 4Y 58/LH 4390 FRA 11:15 – SLC 14:10 Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Salt Lake City – Frankfurt Flight 4Y 59/LH 4391 SLC 15:40 – FRA 10:10+1 Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
This service will be available during the summer season between May 23 and October 14 and will return for the 2023 schedule. Flights will be operated on Airbus A330-200 and A330-300 aircraft.

«Since Eurowings Discover announced nonstop service between SLC and Frankfurt a year ago, excitement and anticipation has been building,» said Bill Wyatt, executive director, Salt Lake City International Airport.
«Today we warmly welcome our new international airline and look forward to a long and prosperous partnership,» added Wyatt.
North America is Eurowings Discover’s primary market.
During the peak summer season, the leisure operator will offer more than 69,000 seats per month on more than 230 flights from North America to Frankfurt (FRA) and Munich (MUC). The airline will offer five destinations in the United States and two in Canada, and several of the flights will be operated with wet leases of Finnair aircraft, including the company’s new products:

- Anchorage (ANC) three times weekly starting June 13.
- Fort Myers (RSW) three times weekly.
- Tampa (TPA) six times a week.
- Las Vegas (LAS) four times per week.
- Salt Lake City (SLC) three times a week.
- Halifax (YHZ) twice a week starting June 13.
- Calgary (YYC) four times a week starting June 13.
Munich (MUC)
- Las Vegas (LAS) twice a week.
