Ultra Air adds four new destinations from Medellin for October and December

Ultra Air will add four new destinations from José María Cordova International Airport to Montería (MTR), Cúcuta (CUC), Barranquilla (BAQ) and San Andrés. It also launched new services and travel options for users and companies.

It is also the landing of Ultra Air in Montería, Cúcuta and Barranquilla, destinations with a fierce competition from Avianca, Easyfly, LATAM and VIVA.

Today we move forward in that purpose with the announcement of four new routes, which starting in October and December, will connect Medellín with the island of San Andrés, the city of Barranquilla, Montería and Cúcuta, where we will take our ultra-friendly service, continue painting the sky orange and offering the fairest prices”, indicated Ultra Air’s Commercial Vice President, Juan Diego Zapata.

However, the new routes are pending the regulatory process of Aerocivil to obtain the final certification of their operation. Considering the above, the itineraries of these routes could be subject to changes or modifications in the operation, so, if the case arises, passengers will be notified and treated in accordance with the policies of the airline and as determined by law.

Its fleet consists of six Airbus A320ceo aircraft. Currently, the ultra-low-cost carrier flies from:

  • Bogota (BOG) to Cali (CLO), Cartagena (CTG), Medellin/Cordova (MDE), San Andres (ADZ) and Santa Marta (SMR).
  • Cali (CLO) to Cartagena (CTG) San Andres (ADZ) and Santa Marta (SMR).
  • Medellin/Cordova (MDE) to Cartagena (CTG), San Andres (ADZ) and Santa Marta (SMR).
  • Pereira (PEI) to Cartagena (CTG) and Santa Marta (SMR).

New services available on Ultra Air

Adapting to the needs and tastes of users, the orange airline incorporated new services and travel options through its website:

  • Ticket + Hotel: passengers will be able to find the package option. A flight at fair prices + lodging. Also, they can access through www.paquetes.ultraair.com
  • Flight Change: in the section Edit your reservation, passengers will be able to self-manage the changes they require, paying the corresponding charges if necessary.
  • Flexibility: this new additional service is available for new purchases and can be used for voluntary flight date changes, with no penalty charge after purchase.
  • Charters: with the new charter landing page, located in the Travel section of the page, you can request a quote for a flight for more than 120 people and according to the preferred destination.
