Suspended since the Covid crisis, Air France’s cadet pilot sector is preparing to reopen its doors with the recruitment of new aspiring pilots by the end of the year.
At the end of a rigorous selection process, aspirants will have access to comprehensive pilot training fully paid by Air France. They will join a training school for a theoretical and practical course of 24 months. The prize for those who succeed in all stages is the integration into Air France or its subsidiary Transavia as a Line Pilot Officer.
The cadet pilot sector is accessible without prior pilot experience. It aims to encourage vocations among candidates from all levels and to promote diversity. With 13% of cadets in the class of 2019 compared to 9% of female pilots within the company, she encourages women to engage in technical professions and illustrates Air France’s commitment to professional equality.
Applications will be open from October 15 to November 20, 2022 on the corporate.airfrance.com website.
