At 11:31 p.m. local time on Thursday (8), Azul’s new Airbus A350-900 arrived at Confins airport in Belo Horizonte from Tarbes, France. This makes two aircraft of this type in the company’s fleet.
For now, the Airbus A350 has the French registration F-WTAK. It will soon receive the Brazilian PR-AOW register and will begin regular operations, initially on the Campinas – Orlando route.
As reported by our partner AEROIN, more Airbus A350-900s are scheduled to arrive in Azul next year to replace the older A330-200s, which the airline is withdrawing from service to modernize the fleet, along with the new Airbus A330-900s (A330neo) ordered.
