Air France announces new non-stop flights between Los Angeles and Nice for Cannes Film Festival

Air France will provide an unprecedented connection between Los Angeles (LAX) and Nice (NCE) by May, connecting the west coast of the United States and the French Riviera with non-stop flights. The French airline is an official partner of the Cannes Film Festival, and this new service will meet strong demand from customers looking to travel to the world’s biggest film festival.

Flights will be operated on Airbus A350-900 aircraft with a capacity of 324 seats, including 34 Business Class, 24 in Premium Economy and 266 Economy. The airline offers more than 1,500 hours of in-flight entertainment, including an extensive selection of films that have won awards at previous editions of the Cannes Film Festival.

May 29th.

  • Nice – Los Angeles Flight AF 040 NCE 13:55 – LAX 17:05

During the 2023 summer season, Air France will offer up to 26 weekly flights between Paris – Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Los Angeles (LAX) operated by Boeing 777 and Airbus A350, and an offer of 15,880 seats per week. LAX is the company’s second largest market in the United States.

Air France will also provide four special flights between New York (JFK) and Nice (NCE) for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, which will take place June 19-23, 2023.

These services will be operated on Boeing 777-300ERs equipped with the company’s new Business Class product, departing from John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) on June 17 and 18, 2023, and returning from Côte d’Azur International Airport (NCE) on June 23 and 24, 2023.
