Discover KLM’s 2023 Summer Schedule: New Destinations and Enhanced Services

KLM will have 165 destinations in its route network for the summer season of 2023: 96 European and 69 intercontinental. The airline is doubling its capacity in the Asian market compared to 2022 levels. Additionally, the new Premium Comfort class will be available on more long-haul flights.

Europe

The route to Nantes (NTE), which operated during the winter, will be available again for the summer season with three daily operations, and the service to Rennes (RNS) will have daily flights at the beginning of summer.

Asia

KLM is expanding its network in Asia following the easing of travel restrictions in the region. The company will operate 16 destinations in the region, doubling the number of flights compared to last year’s levels. In mainland China, the airline will fly daily to Beijing – Capital (PEK) and Shanghai – Pudong (PVG).

In Japan, there will be two weekly flights to Osaka – Kansai (KIX) and a three-times-a-week service to Narita (NRT), all operated via Seoul – Incheon (ICN). To complement its offer, the company will have a non-stop service to Tokyo (NRT) with two weekly flights, operating up to five times a week to the Japanese capital including Haneda.

The company is scheduled to fly to Hong Kong (HKG) three times a week and to Taipei (TPE) with two weekly flights via Incheon (ICN). In Southeast Asia, it will offer services in Indonesia to Denpasar (DPS) and Jakarta (CGK) via Singapore (SIN), and the route to Manila, Philippines (MNL) will have five weekly operations via Kuala Lumpur (KUL).

In India, during the summer KLM will operate daily flights to Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (BOM), as well as five times a week to Bangalore (BLR).

North America

KLM will have 18 destinations in North America for the summer season. The route to Toronto – Pearson (YYZ) will increase from 10 to 13 weekly operations. Additionally, the new Premium Comfort class will be available on flights to New York (JFK), Los Angeles (LAX), Austin (AUS), Calgary (YYC), and Toronto (YYZ).

Middle East

The company will increase capacity to Tel Aviv, Israel (TLV) by introducing the Boeing 777-200ER to the service, which will operate daily.

In addition, it will offer daily flights to Dubai (DXB) and Kuwait (KWI), the latter service will extend to three weekly operations to Bahrain (BAH) and four weekly flights to Muscat (MCT).

Caribbean and Suriname

During the July-August period, KLM will have 10 weekly operations to Curacao (CUR). There will also be daily flights to Aruba (AUA) and Bonaire (BON).

Paramaribo (PBM) will have six weekly operations and Caribbean services to Port of Spain (POS) and Sint Maarten (SXM) will have a schedule of three weekly flights.

Latin America

The airline will be operating 10 destinations in South America, including daily flights to Sao Paulo (GRU), Bogota (BOG), Lima (LIM), Mexico City (MEX), Santiago (SCL), Buenos Aires (EZE), and Panama – Tocumen (PTY). Additionally, there will be six weekly flights to Rio de Janeiro (GIG) and Quito (UIO).

The winter service to Costa Rica on the combined route between San Jose (SJO) and Liberia/Guanacaste (LIR) will be available until May.

Africa

KLM will have a service to Zanzibar (ZNZ) in Tanzania with two weekly flights via Dar Es Salaam (DAR). In addition, there will be daily flights to Johannesburg (JNB), Cape Town (CPT), and Nairobi (NBO).
