Jazeera Airways adds five destinations in Europe

Kuwaiti low-cost carrier Jazeera Airways will offer flights to five new destinations in Europe during the 2023 summer season. With the launch of the new routes, the airline will have a network of 62 destinations in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Central and South Asia.

Jazeera Airways said yesterday that, for the first time, it will operate from its base at Kuwait International Airport (KWI) to Belgrade (BEG), Munich (MUC) and Tirana (TIA). It will also resume flights to Prague (PRG) and Sarajevo (SJJ). The services are already being marketed through the airline’s official sales channels.

«We we always endeavor to expand our network and offer passengers more affordable choices for direct flights from Kuwait», said Rohit Ramachandran, the airline’s CEO. «This summer, we have these great destinations in Europe on offer for the leisure market in Kuwait, as well as connecting passengers from around our network», he added.

Jazeera Airways new destinations in Europe

  • Prague (PRG): will restart on 8 June. Two weekly flights (Thursdays and Sundays).
  • Sarajevo (SJJ): will restart on 20 April. Two weekly flights (Thursdays and Saturdays). The schedule will change from 13 June, according to the carrier.
  • Belgrade (BEG): two weekly flights (departures from Kuwait on Wednesdays and Saturdays; departures from Belgrade on Thursdays and Sundays).
  • Munich (MUC): two weekly flights (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
  • Tirana (TIA): three weekly flights (Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays).
