SWISS is strengthening its premium offer in all cabins of its widebodies by introducing the «SWISS SENSE» experience. The airline presented its new products in all its classes – First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy that will be available on all models of its intercontinental fleet by 2025.
«As a premium airline, we want to pay due attention to our customers’ desire for more individuality. And with this extremely high-quality product, we can continue to meet all our high aspirations,» said Dieter Vranckx, CEO of SWISS.
The new long-distance cabin features a timeless color scheme with warm and muted tones and good-quality materials. The company will also offer a new «Suite» concept for First Class and Business Class. All seats will offer optimal lighting, state-of-the-art entertainment systems with larger screens and connectivity options for mobile devices for all classes.
«With ‘SWISS Senses’ we are making our customers’ air travel an even more personal and sensual experience,» said Tamur Goudarzi Pour, commercial director of SWISS.
SWISS First
The new suites: SWISS First offer customers enhanced privacy with sliding doors, a spacious personal closet, a large seating table, heated and cooled seats, wireless charging ports and a large screen, almost as big as the suite.
The center suite can be adapted for two people to travel together, and a new bathroom has also been developed exclusively for First Class. The concept was inspired by the Vals spring in Canton Graubünden.
SWISS Business
All new Business Class seats provide direct aisle access, sliding doors, heating and cooling systems, wireless charging ports and options such as double seats for passengers traveling together. The cabin’s premium materials are burgundy and anthracite, which will convey a more welcoming atmosphere for customers.
