Delta rolls out its largest transatlantic schedule in its history with 77 routes in 32 destinations

Delta rolls out its largest transatlantic schedule in its history with 77 routes and 32 destinations in Europe and beyond. The Atlanta-based airline also solidifies its position as the leading U.S. carrier during the peak summer season in markets to Italy, Iceland, France and Greece.

In the past three months, the carrier has launched or restarted 31 routes, mostly to its major hubs in New York (JFK), Atlanta, Los Angeles and Detroit. In addition, Delta also has more than 650 transatlantic flights scheduled per week.

From Atlanta

In March, Delta reactivated daily service between Atlanta and Tel Aviv. In May, the company resumed flights between Atlanta and Nice, complementing its operations to New York (JFK). The French Riviera has become one of the airline’s most popular seasonal routes.

In the United Kingdom, Delta launched in May a daily connection between Atlanta and Edinburgh operated by Boeing 767-300ER. The airline also flies to the Scottish capital from New York (JFK) and Boston.

From Los Angeles

As the largest global carrier from Los Angeles, Delta boosts its leadership with the restart of transatlantic services to Paris, a crucial connection to the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in the French capital, and due to strong demand reactivated its flights to London – Heathrow.

From New York (JFK)

Delta has established its largest transatlantic schedule from New York operating more than 230 weekly flights to 26 destinations. This schedule includes new additions such as Geneva and the return of popular seasonal services to Reykjavik, Venice, Prague, Nice, and Copenhagen.

Delta is also bringing back its London – Gatwick route after a 15-year absence and resumed flights to Berlin, restoring its flight capacity to 2019 levels.

From Detroit

In late May, Delta began a third to Iceland with nonstop service between Detroit and Reykjavik and in early June resumed its seasonal flights between Detroit and Rome after a nearly four-year suspension.
