Copa Airlines begins operating with the new Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft at Tom Jobim International Airport – RIOgaleão.

The carrier operates two daily flights to/from Rio de Janeiro, connecting the Brazilian city to the Hub of the Americas in Panama:

During July, flights 872/873 will be operated by the new Boeing 737 MAX 9 equipment. Services on flights 215/216 will use the MAX 9 three times a week, with the remainder performed by the current 737-800NG.
