Gamero emphasized that a double-digit growth in the airline industry is uncommon. In this regard, he conveyed special appreciation to the customers who have been part of the airline’s modernization and transformation process over the past three years.

TAG Airlines is striving to solidify its position as the airline of the Mayan World. To achieve this, it’s providing one of the most extensive offerings of multi-destination air connectivity in the region. The company operates approximately forty daily flights to 14 destinations in five countries. It currently flies in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize, and the southern part of Mexico (with a presence in Cancún, Mérida, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, and Oaxaca).

The airline is currently undergoing a profound transformation process, which includes the modernization of its fleet with ATR 72-500 aircraft. These planes are renowned for their efficiency in regional airline operations. Recently, the third ATR 72-500 aircraft was added to the fleet, and another aircraft is expected to arrive in October, further strengthening the company’s operations.
