The National Institute of Civil Aeronautics of Venezuela (INAC in Spanish) reported last week that its president, Juan Manuel Teixeira Díaz, inaugurated a Russian language course for engineers from the General Management of Aeronautical Safety, the University Institute of Civil Aeronautics (IUAC), and the National Aeronautical Company S.A. (EANSA).

Framed within the context of Venezuela’s transition from an “Aircraft Registration State” to a “State of Aircraft Design and Manufacturing”, the course aims to achieve the required levels of linguistic competence in the Russian language, ensuring quality learning, INAC officials pointed out.

This is an effort to provide professionals and technicians with further training in the Russian Federation in the area of aircraft and parts certification, which is the next step in training these specialists who are part of the EDYF team, with the crucial mission of certifying the design and manufacturing of aircraft and aeronautical parts.

In his opening speech, the INAC president emphasized the importance of continuous training and competency development to achieve the highest standards in aeronautics. Similarly, he highlighted the Institute’s commitment to promoting excellence in the training of personnel involved in safety and technological innovation in aviation.

The project up to the design and manufacturing stage aims to strengthen Venezuela’s autonomy and technical capacity in the aeronautical field by training highly qualified professionals and consolidating strategic alliances with international organizations.

With such initiatives, the Bolivarian Government, through the Great Venezuela Transport Mission and the INAC, reaffirms its commitment to boosting the growth and development of national civil aviation, promoting ongoing training and capacitation of human talent in the aeronautical sector,” the INAC concluded.
