Last Sunday, October 15th, Blumenau celebrated the arrival of the first commercial flight of Azul Conecta, a subsidiary of Azul Linhas Aéreas, at the Quero-Quero Regional Airport. The event marked an important step in the resumption of services at the airport after two decades. Several flights are scheduled throughout the 38th Oktoberfest.
The inaugural flight should have taken place on October 5th. However, weather conditions at the time made it impossible to land in Blumenau and the aircraft had to change to Navegantes Airport.

The second flight, on the same aircraft, landed in Blumenau at 16:29 on flight AD5216.
Departures of these flights, from São Paulo (Congonhas) and Curitiba, are intended to facilitate the access of tourists during Oktoberfest 2023 and tickets are available until October 29th.
