JetBlue began nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Tallahassee Airport on January 4. The daily connection brings the number of destinations the airline offers in Florida to 10.
Flight B& 2396 was operated on an Airbus A320 registered as N613JB. The aircraft departed Fort Lauderdale at 08:29 and arrived in Tallahassee at 09:34, after one hour and six minutes, all in local time.
“We welcome JetBlue’s launch of nonstop jet service from Fort Lauderdale to Tallahassee, as frequent flyers on this route have long desired more flight options for travel between these two Florida destinations,” said Mark Gale, FLL’s CEO/Director of Aviation. ”

JetBlue’s new service will serve the demand of business, tourism and education customers to Tallahassee by offering affordable fares, and will play a key role in Florida’s state capital.
