Avelo Airlines Expands New Haven Network with Four New Destinations

Avelo Airlines expands its southern Connecticut operation by adding four new routes from Tweed-New Haven Airport. With the introduction of these new services, the airline will have a schedule of 21 destinations from Connecticut, more than any other carrier offering service in the state.

Avelo will be the only airline to offer nonstop service from southern Connecticut to these four destinations. In addition, Avelo is the only carrier offering nonstop flights from Connecticut to Knoxville and Destin, and the only low-cost carrier providing flights to Charlotte and Atlanta.

All routes will be operated on Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft and promotional fares start at $62.

Atlanta, Georgia

Starts May 2 with twice-weekly flights (Thursday and Sunday).

Destin/Walton Beach

Starts May 17 with two weekly flights (Thursday and Sunday, inaugural flight on Friday).

Charlotte – Concord Padgett, North Carolina

Starts May 2 with twice-weekly flights (Thursday and Sunday).

Knoxville, Tennessee

Begins May 9 with two flights weekly (Thursday and Sunday).
