LEVEL announced its summer 2024 schedule, incorporating Miami into its network of destinations. Additionally, the airline will increase its seat capacity to the United States and Latin America.
On March 31st, LEVEL will commence its summer season, offering 40% more seats across the Americas. Close to 200 thousand seats will be available for the airline’s customers.
LEVEL has added its sixth Airbus A330-200, registered as EC-ODB, which joined the airline on December 22nd, 2023. This fleet expansion aligns with the company’s growth plan, aiming to have a fleet of eight aircraft by 2026.
Another significant step in LEVEL’s expansion is the initiation of the process to obtain its Air Operator Certificate (AOC), which would separate its operations from Iberia. The airline would consolidate Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) as its main hub and gateway between Spain and the Americas.
United States
LEVEL is focusing its efforts on the United States as a key market, increasing seat capacity by 50% compared to the summer season of 2023.
The airline will inaugurate its new route to Miami on March 31st, initially operating three weekly flights. From June to September, the route will be served four times a week: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
LEVEL will offer daily flights to New York (JFK), Los Angeles (LAX), and Boston (BOS). JFK will have daily frequency from April to October, while LAX and BOS will operate daily flights from June to September.
The increase in frequencies for Boston represents a 65% increase in seat capacity compared to the previous season. Regarding Los Angeles, the increase in seats is equivalent to 57% compared to the summer of 2023.
Additionally, on March 31st, LEVEL will resume its route to San Francisco (SFO) with four weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, reducing to three weekly flights during October.
Latin America
LEVEL will expand its presence in Buenos Aires in two stages for the summer season of 2024. From April to May, the airline will offer five weekly flights to the Argentine capital, increasing to six weekly flights from June to October.
Santiago de Chile will experience a 40% increase in seat capacity. The route will have three weekly flights from Barcelona to the Chilean capital.
