JetBlue widens its transatlantic offerings with the start of its nonstop flights between Boston and Paris-Charles de Gaulle, which will complement its service to New York JFK and compete on this route with Delta Air Lines and Air France. The French capital is the airline’s fifth European service at Logan International Airport; JetBlue also offers flights to London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Amsterdam, and Dublin.

Flight B6 033 was operated on an Airbus A321LR registered N4077J. The aircraft took off from Logan International Airport at 20:47 and landed at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport at 09:28 the following day, after six hours and 41 minutes.

The response to our New York-Paris flight has been overwhelming and we were eager to add a daily flight from Boston as well. Boston customers haven’t had much choice when it comes to flying to Paris, so we’re more than thrilled to step in with affordable fares and an incredible onboard experience to shake things up and finally bring some real competition to this market,” said Dave Clark, JetBlue’s head of revenue and planning.

In addition, JetBlue is scheduled to add a second daily flight between New York JFK and Paris-Charles de Gaulle beginning June 20. The French capital and London Heathrow will be the European destinations with the largest seat capacity and frequencies in the airline’s network.
