Air Europa continues to boost its seat offerings to provide greater options to its customers during the winter season. Globalia’s airline will offer more than 5.8 million seats to connect with the most in-demand destinations in Spain, Europe and America. The airline consolidates its network and benefits from the services inaugurated last summer.
In the European market, the offer increases by 9% compared to 2023, with more than 1.7 million seats to 26 destinations. The start of service to Venice has helped stimulate demand. The city of canals is a highly desirable tourist destination for travelers.
In the Americas, Air Europa has more than 1.4 million seats this winter season to 23 destinations. In addition, the new service to Santiago de los Caballeros will be available with two weekly flights, and other connections from the Madrid-Barajas hub to Panama, Caracas, Asuncion and Salvador de Bahia will see an increase in flights.
In the long-haul segment, Air Europa will continue to operate its fleet of Boeing 787s, with the addition of a new unit in August. The Dreamliner reduces fuel consumption and emissions by up to 25%, and reduces noise impact by 60% compared to the aircraft it replaces. The company operates Boeing 737 aircraft on short and medium-haul flights.
