The Air Cargo Forum (ACF) 2024, organized by the International Air Cargo Association (TIACA), closed its doors after four days of intense activities at the Miami Beach Convention Center, reaffirming itself as an essential meeting point for the global air cargo industry. With the participation of over 3,500 delegates from 80 countries and more than 300 exhibitors, the event set a new standard in organizing international forums.

The ACF 2024 not only brought together airlines, airports, and service providers but also offered a comprehensive program that included networking and entertainment activities. Among the standout airlines, Avianca Cargo shone with its recent recognition as one of the six best cargo airlines worldwide in the Air Cargo News Awards 2024, underlining its leadership in Latin America and making several announcements during the event.

The event also incorporated an educational focus, with a total of 85 industry leaders sharing their insights in panels and presentations. Topics ranged from sustainability, digital innovation, and regulatory challenges to economic outlooks for air cargo, solidifying the forum as a platform for exchanging ideas and developing strategies.

The ACF 2024 is not just an exhibition: it is a strategic effort aligned with TIACA’s principles to address the challenges and opportunities of the industry. As highlighted by Steven Polmans, TIACA’s president, “the event has once again proven to be an indispensable space for the air cargo community, setting a high standard for future forums.”

Next stop: Abu Dhabi 2025

Following the success of the 2024 edition, TIACA has already announced that the next Air Cargo Forum will be held in Abu Dhabi, from November 4 to 7, 2025. Expectations are high, with the promise of continuing to expand the event’s reach and providing a benchmark space for the global industry.
