Airbus Surpasses 600 Deliveries in 2024 with Record Achievements in November

Airbus presented its monthly delivery and order results for November, highlighting the delivery of the first models to three major companies and a firm order for thirty aircraft.

The European consortium delivered a total of 84 aircraft to 42 customers during November, accumulating a total of 643 units dispatched so far this year. Additionally, Airbus received an order for 30 aircraft from undisclosed customers.

Among the 84 deliveries Airbus made in November, notable highlights include the first A321LR for Icelandair, the first A330-900 for Malaysia Airlines, the first A350-900 for Emirates, and the first A350-1000 for Ethiopian Airlines, which is also the first of its kind on the African continent.

The customer receiving the most aircraft was United Airlines, which took delivery of seven Airbus A321neo, followed by Indigo, which received six aircraft. As for the most delivered model, once again it was the A321neo with 44 units.

Deliveries by Aircraft Model

Regarding firm orders, Airbus finalized three agreements with undisclosed customers, which include: 10 A321neo, 15 A330-900, and 5 A350-900. With these thirty ordered units, the European manufacturer has accumulated a total of 742 aircraft ordered in 2024, with 37 cancellations recorded between January and November.

So far in 2024, Airbus has delivered 643 aircraft to 82 customers, leaving it 92 deliveries short of the 735 achieved in 2023. Throughout its history, the European manufacturer has delivered 24,537 aircraft out of 15,840 ordered, with a globally active fleet of 14,012 units.
