Conviasa Launches Direct Flights Connecting Venezuela and China with Moscow Stopover

Gustavo Roe

Almost a year after an air agreement was signed between China and Venezuela, both countries will be connected through a Conviasa flight.

This operation will begin on December 20, with the route operated by an Airbus A340-600 of the Venezuelan state airline Conviasa, making a stop in Moscow for refueling and also for passenger boarding and deboarding.

The flight will depart from Caracas on Fridays at 17:30, arriving in Guangzhou on Sunday at 06:30. The return flight will leave China on Mondays at 03:00, landing in Venezuela at 18:00 the same day, as reported by our partner outlet, AEROIN.

Conviasa has not provided information about the arrival and departure times in Russia, nor whether it will be possible to sell tickets between Moscow and Guangzhou. All times mentioned here are local, and tickets are already available on the website of the Venezuelan airline.
