Delta Airlines continues to rebuild its transatlantic network. As of June 6, the carrier will resume service between Salt Lake City (SLC) and London Heathrow (LHR) with daily flights.

Flight schedule

  • DL50 SLC 20:50 – LHR 13:30+1
  • DL51 LHR 15:20 – SLC 18:50

The flights will be operated on Airbus A330-200 aircraft with a seating capacity of 223 seats in classes including 34 Delta One, 21 Delta Premium Select, 24 Delta Comfort+ and 144 Main Cabin.

Data obtained by Aviacionline through Civil Authority Aviation UK (CAA) states that in 2019, a total of 80,667 passengers between Salt Lake City (SLC) and London Heathrow (LHR) were transported. The last service on this route was in 2019.

During the 2022 northern summer season, Delta Airlines will offer service from the British capital to Atlanta (ATL), New York (JFK), Detroit (DTW), Boston (BOS), Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP) and Seattle (SEA).

With the return of London Heathrow (LHR) the carrier regains its entire transatlantic network at Salt Lake City (CDG) pre-pandemic levels. This is in addition to an increased seat offering over 2019.

Delta will also offer daily flights from Amsterdam (AMS) on Airbus A330-200s and Paris (CDG) on Airbus A330-900s.
