Last February, we reported that Delta Air Lines was scheduled to inaugurate flights between Honolulu and Tokyo-Haneda starting April 1st. Finally, for non-confirmed reasons, the company has postponed the inauguration of these services until October 30th.
In contrast to the first schedule, Delta plans to operate one daily frequency on the above-mentioned route. As for the aircraft, for the moment, operations will be carried out on 226-seat Boeing 767-300(ER).

Delta’s last Honolulu-Tokyo operations had been in March 2020, prior to the Coronavirus pandemic. For the first time, services will be operated to Haneda Airport, as they were previously carried out to Narita.
