SARPA began its first international charter flights in association with Cartavia, connecting Cali (CLO) and Medellín/Rionegro (MDE) with Quito and Panama City. Panama City will also have a connection to Barranquilla (BAQ).

The flights will be available all year round and will be marketed by Cartavia, part of the Grupos.co travel agency, created in 2019.

According to the company, this agreement is born with the need to fill gaps in the Colombian air market, where it will have strategic allies with its charter flight operations at the national and international levels.

In 2021 it launched as a commercial airline by incorporating two Embraer 145 (LR) aircraft with a capacity for 50 passengers.
