Air France inaugurates flights to Quebec

Air France inaugurated its flights between Paris (CDG) and Quebec (YQB) with three weekly flights. This new destination will be the company’s fourth destination in Canada. Flight AF 352 took off from Charles de Gaulle International Airport at 13:47 local time and landed at 14:48 in Quebec.

Flight itinerary

  • Paris – Quebec Flight AF 352 CDG 13:25 – YQB 14:55 Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
  • Quebec – Paris Flight AF 353 YQB 17:00 – CDG 05:45+1 Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Flights will be operated on Airbus A330-200 aircraft with a capacity of 224 seats configured in three classes as follows: 36 Business Class, 21 Premium Economy and 167 Economy. The service will be available during the summer season and will end on October 29.

Air France will be the only foreign operator to offer intercontinental flights to Jean Lasage International Airport and will offer more than 5,800 seats per month between Paris (CDG) and Quebec (YQB), where it will be the leading carrier on this route, surpassing its competitor Air Transat, which currently offers three weekly flights on Airbus A321LRs in this segment.

Strong presence in Canada

Canada is Air France’s second most important intercontinental market for the summer season, second only to the United States. According to data obtained by Aviacionline through Cirium the French carrier will have an offer of 29,872 seats per week between Paris and Canada, representing an increase of more than 10% compared to the 2019 offer.
