On Thursday, June 30th, Avelo Airlines‘ inaugural flight to Wilmington took off from New Haven. The North American company will have three weekly services on Boeing 737-700s, with capacity for 147 passengers.
Wilmington is Avelo’s 13th destination in New Haven. The airline launched four routes in May and June to and from New Haven, its second U.S. base.
Both cities will have non-stop regular flights for the first time.
