LATAM resumes flights to Malvinas (Falklands)

At 10:24 a.m. local time on Saturday, July 2nd, LATAM Chile’s first flight to Malvinas (Falklands) departed from Punta Arenas. Operations will be carried out on Airbus A320-200s configured for 174 passengers.

The company will have a weekly service between both cities. A stopover in Río Gallegos will take place once a month on each leg, as it did prior to COVID-19.

Malvinas (Falklands) resumed its regular flights after a 27-month suspension due to the pandemic.
