Air Premia continues to expand its long-haul network and has scheduled its first scheduled service to Europe with a Seoul/Incheon (ICN)-Frankfurt (FRA) route starting in the 2023 summer season.
The airline will compete in this market with Lufthansa, Asiana and Korean Air, prior to the pandemic all of which operated Boeing 747 and Airbus A380 aircraft in this segment.
Air Premia’s long-haul network includes services to Los Angeles (LAX) and soon to New York/Newark (EWR) and its schedule in the short/medium haul market has flights to Singapore (SIN), Tokyo – Narita (NRT), Bangkok (BKK) and Ho Chi Minh City (SGN).

- Flight YP 231 ICN 11:05 – FRA 16:45 Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Flight YP 231 ICN 11:05 – FRA 16:50 Sunday.
Frankfurt (FRA) – Seoul/Incheon (ICN)
- Flight YP 232 FRA 19:00 – ICN 13:55+1 Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
- Flight YP 232 FRA 18:50 – ICN 13:55+1 Friday.
The route will be operated on Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft with a capacity of 309 seats in two classes (56 Premium Economy/253 Economy) and promotional fares are available from EUR 125 each way.
According to data obtained from Air Portal statistics, 719,861 passengers and 123,455 tons of cargo were moved in 2019 between Seoul – Incheon (ICN) and Frankfurt (FRA) in 4,144 operations. Germany is the largest European market South Korea.
