Jeniah EDGE

The United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based EDGE Group is developing a low radar signature aerial combat drone called JENIAH, the scale model of which had its first flight in November 20203.

It is a high-speed, low-visibility collaborative unmanned combat air vehicle system capable of carrying a variety of mission payloads, be they weapons or sensors. Designed to meet the requirements of various operational scenarios, the Jeniah system will become a powerful asset for both land and maritime operations.

Powered by a jet engine of unveiled model, JENIAH can reach a cruising speed of up to M 0.7 and a maximum speed of more than 1,000 km/h. The Jeniah system has the capability to carry payloads of up to 480 kg to strategic targets.

Unlike unmanned combat systems developed in recent years, Jeniah has an advanced control system that allows autonomous take-off and landing without human intervention.
