The trans-Tasman partnership between Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia has resumed after the Australian and New Zealand authorities gave the green light to authorize a new codeshare agreement.
Under the agreement, Virgin Australia customers will be able to book direct Air New Zealand flights to Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, in addition to Virgin Australia flights to Queenstown. Velocity members can also earn and redeem Velocity Points, and eligible members and guests can access lounges when flying across Tasmania.
