Due to the significant growth and increasing complexity of Norwegian’s operations, we are now seeking to strengthen our Customer Care group in Argentina with Booking Support Representatives.
• Offer first line assistance, handling customers ´enquiries via phone/chat/email/Social Media, issuing new reservations and offering additional services.
• provide customers with product and service information, assessing their needs effectively to achieve satisfaction.
• research required information using available resources.
• Take ownership of identified issues and conduct effective troubleshooting.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• document all calls information according to standard operating procedures.
• Minimum 1-year experience in the airline / tourism industry is an advantage.
• Native level of Brazilian Portuguese /Spanish in addition to proficiency in English.
• High level of computer literacy with the ability to use internal systems efficiently.
• Knowledge of Amadeus will be a desired asset.
• Proactive and resolute mind-set.
• Positive can-do attitude is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
