    Landing in South America

As of June 2, the new Italian airline will land in Sao Paulo – Guarulhos (GRU) and Buenos Aires – Ezeiza (EZE) the two main Latin American markets of Italy, due to the high demand for business, leisure, and VFR (visiting friends and/or family) passengers. This is in addition to cargo traffic. The company already received permits by the authorities of Argentina and Brazil to operate in both nations.

Data obtained by Aviacionline through the Ente Nazionale Per L’Aviazione Civile (ENAC), in 2019 a total of 754,658 and 359,229 passengers were mobilized from Italy to Brazil and Argentina respectively. Both nations are among the main long-haul markets in Italy.
