Aerolineas Argentinas seeks to incorporate two Boeing 737-800BCF converted freighters
In what represents a new step in the development of its cargo unit, Aerolíneas Argentinas issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the market to incorporate two Boeing 737-800BCF (Boeing Converted Freighters) through operating leasing.
According to the document, to which Aviacionline had access, the lease must be extended for six years, and technical issues are detailed such as that the aircraft must be of the Short Field Performance variant, have blended winglets, a sliding carpet system for the lower deck cargo compartments and Honeywell avionics, among others.
In addition, the aircraft must be delivered with the Aerolíneas Argentinas paint scheme.
The deadline for interested companies to participate in the call for tenders is August 10, 2022, at 23:59 Buenos Aires time (GMT +3).
