    In the late 1960s, TAP inaugurated flights between Portugal and Argentina. The operations were carried out with stopovers in Brazil, a market that continues to be part of the airline’s schedule.

    At the time, in addition to Buenos Aires, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Campinas and Sao Paulo were served by the Portuguese airline. Brazil had five weekly operations and Argentina two.

    Schedule between Portugal, Brazil and Argentina in 1972 – TAP

    TAP Air Portugal used its Boeing 707-300 on routes to Argentina and Brazil. These aircraft were configured with First and Economy.
