On the night of April 10 American Airlines obtained authorization from the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) of Argentina to operate a daily flight between Buenos Aires / Ezeiza and Miami until April 30, and a weekly flight on Fridays between Buenos Aires / Ezeiza and Dallas-Fort Worth.
This information was confirmed by sources close to the company, and it is a good sign regarding the relationship with the organization after the repercussions in the public opinion about the suspensions in Easter.
At the moment we do not have the new schedules, which will be different from the usual ones at the request of the ANAC to maintain the separation between flights.
At the end of March, the Argentinian government reimposed strong restrictions on international air transport, prohibiting flights to and from Brazil, Chile and Mexico, and restricting the number of daily passenger arrivals with the aim of, on the one hand, managing to carry out tests that are now mandatory upon arrival in the country, and on the other hand to discourage the departure of Argentinians and residents.
This caused airlines’ April schedules to be affected and had to be reauthorized by ANAC.
Hola Edgardo. Se sabe algo de la programación de American para Mayo? Tengo tickets a Miami via New York. Ese vuelo desapareció de la venta
