United Airlines has reached pre-pandemic levels on its route between Houston (IAH) and Lima (LIM), after increasing to one daily flight on May 31.
Since its return, on November 3, the company operated with five weekly flights. The increase is justified by an increase in demand to the United States, mainly driven by vaccine tourism.
According to Cirium, the airline only needs to resume its flights to Newark (EWR) to reach pre-pandemic levels in the South American country. This route is expected to resume in September 2021.
