Embraer will expand its service network in the northeast region of the United States. This will be accomplished by the addition of new models serviced at three of its Embraer Authorized Service Centers (EASC).

The company will serve more business jet models. Frank Stevens, Global MRO Director of Embraer Services & Support announced that «we will strengthen our service network as Embraer’s business jet fleet grows. These three facilities will offer customers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, component replacement, and inspections of varying complexity,» he added.

The centers receiving expanded certifications are:

  1. Hawthorne Global Aviation Services, located at MacArthur Airport on Long Island, New York. It will provide maintenance for a variety of models, including Phenom 100 and 300, Legacy 450 and 500, and Praetor 500 and 600. It previously supported the Legacy 600 and 650.
  2. Jet East Aviation, located at Trenton-Mercer Airport in Trenton, New Jersey. Legacy 450 and 500, and Praetor 500 and 600 will be added to its current capacity to serve the Phenom 100 and 300 models.
  3. Pro Star Aviation, located at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in New Hampshire, will perform work on the Phenom 100 and 300, Legacy 450/500/600/650, and Praetor 500 and 600.

These are not the only EASCs in the region, as the Brazilian manufacturer is also working with Constant Aviation (Cleveland, Ohio) and Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems (Greenville, South Carolina).
