Effective January 13th, Air Canada will fly to Buenos Aires on Boeing 777-300(ER) aircraft with a capacity of 400 passengers. Currently, operations are carried out on Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners configured with more than 100 fewer seats, four times a week.
The Canadian carrier will have three weekly services on the Montreal – Sao Paulo – Buenos Aires route. With the aircraft change, Air Canada will offer 1,200 places per week on each leg (1,192 at present).
