American Airlines will launch operations between Charlotte and Orange County beginning July 5th. The airline will operate 196-passenger Airbus A321neo aircraft once daily.

- American will operate between both cities until August 14th, in accordance with the carrier’s reservation system.
- The carrier has seven daily services between Charlotte and Los Angeles LAX airport.
- Spirit is scheduled to begin operations on the LAX – Charlotte route in May.
