Emirates has teamed up with beauty brand Dior and sustainable haircare brand Davines to create a beauty center for its cabin crew at its headquarters in Dubai. The facility, called Emirates Beauty Hub, is designed to offer exclusive services to airline members, a unique concept in the world.
Open seven days a week, the beauty center serves more than 18,000 cabin crew members based in Dubai, providing a space for them to interact with beauty consultants who have received specialized training from Dior and Davines.
These consultants offer personalized appointments, sharing expert advice on makeup application, nutrition, fitness, skincare, haircare, and grooming best practices for both men and women.
Dior and Davines products are exclusively used for demonstrations at the beauty center. The collaboration, Emirates pointed out, aims to help the cabin crew maintain their so-called «iconic glamour» during long flights.
Key products include Dior Hydra Life Intense Sorbet Crème, Dior Forever Skin Glow foundation, Diorshow On Stage Liner, Dior Backstage Face and Body Flash Perfector Concealer, and Rouge Dior Forever Liquid lipstick.
For men, Dior’s Sauvage range offers cleansers, face masks, shaving gel, and aftershave balm. Davines provides essential hair care items for cabin crew members, such as detoxifying, moisturizing, and repairing shampoos, conditioners, hair treatments, shimmering mists, shine wax, and hairsprays.
Having already consolidated its post-pandemic recovery, Emirates is currently conducting a global search for cabin crew members. Those interested can apply at this link.
According to data obtained by Aviacionline through Cirium, in May, Emirates will have a capacity (in ASK) 7.4% higher than the same month in 2019, while the number of flights will be 11.1% higher. In total, they will offer 5.75 million seats on their network (+7.2%).
